Dear Members, New Dancers & Friends,
- Frontier Squares has been looking for a new dance location to call home for several years. On February 15th about 100 of you attended our "test dance" at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church to see if their facility could meet the club's needs. The result of the survey (distributed to all dancers that evening) was a positive response to the quality, size and location of this potential venue.
- We held a board meeting with our elected officers and committee chairs to review the survey results. A consensus was reached to further pursue the permanent use of the church. We met with the church this past Tuesday with the results being a commitment between Frontier Squares and the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 101 South Lebanon Road, Loveland, OH 45140, to make it our new home.
- We are leaving the American Legion with heavy hearts. We extend a special 'THANK YOU" to the Legion for accommodating our activity for 45 years. While certain features of the American Legion will be missed, the new facility will provide space for our club to grow, as well as easy access for our members and guests. As we go through the relocation process, rest assured we will will work through any minor issue that may come up.
- Frontier Squares' first event at the church will be Tuesday, April 2, 2019 for class. We look forward to seeing you then, or at our first Friday night "Easter Bonnet" dance April 5th with Jack Pladdys. Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions regarding our relocation.
Hugs & Handshakes,
Peggy & Barry
